Chris Salt, Inc Leading the World Salt Industry
Introducing a groundbreaking novel technology for purifying brine saline solutions that is demonstrated and Patented for sodium chloride and has potential applicability to numerous other materials including lithium and other critical minerals.
The Chris Salt Company and Michigan Technological University have collaborated to create a new healthier salt called POLAR SALT TM. This salt is of the highest quality grade in the world, offering unparalleled flavor and consistency. It was developed through a natural, more efficient, and less costly scientific process by Tim Eisele, a Chemical Engineer and Professor at Michigan Technological University.
POLAR SALT is a healthier option that provides a consistent salty taste with the use of less salt due to its high surface area. It is ideal for chips, snacks, and the food service industry, and it is expected to replace other quality salts in the future. Unlike popular brands of Sea Salt, POLAR SALT does not contain any pollutants or toxins such as microplastics and other inert ingredients. It is a pure, all-natural, chemical-free salt without additives, conditioners, or anti-caking agents like sodium ferrocyanide.
Ted Janke, the president and founder of Chris Salt, Inc., came up with the idea for this new salt. Ted Janke is also known for his contributions to the Commercial Deer Feed Industry and for inventing the Mighty Deer Lick Sweet Apple Blocks and Mighty Horse Sweet Apple Blocks, the original apple salt licks for animal feeding.
The partnership between Chris Salt and Michigan Tech was established to address the short supply issues with their previous salt manufacturer, Morton Salt. The possibilities and advantages of the new natural salt process are extensive, with applications in various industries such as computer chip production, processing saline-rich solutions from desalination plants, mine reclamation, and lithium production.
The Chris Salt Team aims to collaborate with strategic partners to explore the global opportunities presented by this innovative salt process.
